Chapel of Christ the Teacher
Although located on the corner of Lubbock Avenue and W. Bowie Street, marking the northwest corner of our campus, the Chapel of Christ the Teacher is the center of Fisher More College. Administration, faculty, staff, and students can begin each weekday in the Chapel at 8.35 AM by praying Terce from the Officium Divinum (Divine Office). Following morning classes, at 11.45 AM the College community returns to the Chapel, where it is often joined by many friends from the local Fort Worth community, to pray the Rosary and the Angelus as the bells ring in 12 Noon, and to assist at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.
The Chapel, with its stunning crucifix hanging above the Tabernacle at the Altar, with the beautiful statues of Mary and Joseph in the sanctuary and Saint John Fisher and Saint Thomas More in the nave, is a place of prayer, meditation, and devotion for members and friends of the College community.
We invite you to come assist in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and visit our campus.
